The Software consists of a digital assistance technology tool (Chatbot) that, through artificial intelligence and based on the use of conversational information, establishes simultaneous communication with those employees of the Client that have been authorized by the Client, which may be integrated through the instant messaging tool chosen by the Client for this purpose. These Privacy Policies set out how SIGMA PEOPLE S.R.L. (hereinafter referred to as "Lara") collects, processes, stores, shares and/or protects any Personal Information (as defined below), and/or any information (collectively referred to as "Information") about and provided by Clients, in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 25,326 on Personal Data Protection, its regulatory decree, supplementary rules and provisions issued by the National Directorate of Personal Data Protection.

OUR COMPANY CONSIDERS THE PROTECTION OF OUR USERS' PRIVACY AND THE SECURITY OF THEIR INFORMATION TO BE A TOP PRIORITY.

By accessing and/or using the Software (the "Services"), the Client consents to the collection, storage, transfer and other uses of their Information, in accordance with the provisions of these Privacy Policies. All capitalized terms - whether singular or plural - shall have the meaning attributed to them in these Privacy Policies.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT.

1.1 Personal Information.

When the Client accesses the Services, their employees, through conversational tools, will allow Lara to collect information as well as the information specifically provided by the Client for the purpose of identifying them ("Personal Information"). Such Personal Information may include First and Last Name, Email, Phone Number, Start Date, Assigned Leader or Manager, Country, Team, Role, Language. At Lara we make reasonable efforts to limit the period of processing of Personal Information, always adhering to the purpose for which it is collected.

1.2 Content and Communication.

Lara collects and stores all comments, communications and conversations that the Client and their users carry out through the Services. When the Client requires assistance from the support center, the contact information provided will be collected by Lara, as well as information regarding the activity of the Client and their users under the Services, correspondence and any other information contained therein.

2. USE OF INFORMATION BY LARA.

2.1. Data Storage.

Lara does not collect Information for any purpose other than or incompatible with the purpose set out in these Privacy Policies. Such Information will be stored facilitating, at all times, the exercise of the rights of its owners and updated when necessary.

2.2. Use of Information.

The Client and their users acknowledge and accept that Lara may use the information it collects, including Personal Information, for the purpose of fulfilling data processing tasks or operations, assisting or improving the user experience and/or for the purpose of providing the Services. All information obtained through this means will be treated as confidential. Lara does not process personal data of its users for third-party advertising purposes (natural or legal persons). Lara is not responsible for any Information provided by users that turns out to be inaccurate or incomplete and, as a result, the Services cannot be provided adequately.

2.3. Other Transfers.

Lara does not commercialize its users' information in any form. Notwithstanding the foregoing, users expressly consent that Lara may transfer Personal Information totally or partially to any of its controlled, controlling and/or affiliated companies, ensuring adequate confidentiality of the transferred Personal Information in all cases. In the event that Lara or most of its assets are acquired in the future by a third party, Personal Information will be one of the transferred assets, subject to the commitments made in these Privacy Policies, unless expressly authorized otherwise by the user. The same criterion will apply in cases of merger, transformation or corporate spin-off involving Lara. Likewise, Lara may disclose Information for other reasons to the extent permitted and/or required by any law and/or judicial resolution.

3. PERSONAL INFORMATION SECURITY.

Lara adopts and applies appropriate practices for the collection, storage and management of data, and security procedures against unauthorized access, alteration, addition, deletion, disclosure and/or destruction of users' Personal Information, name, email address, password, transaction information and any other stored information. However, no information stored or transmitted via the Internet or other network can be guaranteed as one hundred percent secure. Accordingly, Lara does not guarantee that Personal Information cannot be accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed in the event of a breach of any of the aforementioned security measures.

4. ACCESS TO PERSONAL INFORMATION.

Users of the Software have the right to access the Personal Information that Lara collects in relation to themselves and to request the rectification, updating, deletion and confidentiality of the Information contained in the databases, all in accordance with and under the terms of Articles 14 and 16 of Law No. 25,326 on Personal Data Protection. Likewise, the user may request free of charge the removal or blocking of their name and email address from files or databases for advertising purposes (Art. 27, paragraph 3 of Law No. 25,326 on Personal Data Protection). 5. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SITES.

Within the Services, the user may find links to third-party websites. The User understands and accepts that, by clicking on any such links, any information provided thereafter is subject to the privacy policies of such third parties and not of Lara. Accordingly, Lara assumes no responsibility for the content, protection or security of any third-party website.

6. GENERAL TERMS. INFORMATION STORAGE PERIOD.

Except as otherwise provided in these Privacy Policies, Lara may retain the user's Personal Information - even after the user has discontinued or deleted their account or after the provision of the Services has ended - for as long as reasonably necessary to comply with these Privacy Policies or any law, regulation or legal requirement; to protect or safeguard any person; to address or combat fraud and/or technical or security issues; or to protect Lara's property rights. If any court or other competent authority determines the invalidity or unenforceability of any provision contained in these Privacy Policies, the remaining provisions will not be affected and will remain in full force and effect.

7. MODIFICATIONS TO THE PRIVACY POLICIES.

Lara reserves the right to review or modify these Privacy Policies at any time, making the modified Privacy Policies public on its website. The modified Privacy Policies will take effect 10 (ten) days after their publication. Lara may also - but will not be obligated to - notify the user of any modification to the Privacy Policies by email. It is expressly established that the use of any of the Services after changes to the Privacy Policies have been made implies acceptance of such changes. If the user does not agree with such modifications, they must refrain from using the Services and may proceed to close their account. Unless otherwise indicated, our current Privacy Policies will apply to all Personal Information we process linked to the Client and their users.

8. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS.

It is expressly established that users' information may be transferred to Lara's servers located in the United States, Brazil or other countries. Such countries may not have adequate levels of protection such as those existing in Argentina. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Lara complies with current regulations in the country and employs safeguard measures that guarantee adequate protection of users' information pursuant to the provisions of Law No. 25,326 on Personal Data Protection and supplementary regulations.
